David Ngog found the net for the first time this season yesterday and helped his team Bolton Wanderers secure an easy victory against AFC Bournemouth. Bolton won by 2-0.

This was only the second victory for Bolton in the ongoing Championship. They have played 14 matches so far out of which they have lost 5 and have shared points in 7 matches. They have got a total of 13 points at the moment.

The manager of Bolton Wanderers, Dougie Freedman, looked very happy with the improvements shown by his team in the game against Bournemouth. Talking to the reporters in the post match press conference, he said, “The boys have been putting in a lot of effort in the training sessions and today, it reflected on the ground. We played well upfront and defended well too. We deserved to have 3 points from this game.”

“Tactically, we did everything right today. Everyone was composed right from the word go.”

“We can move upwards in the points table. The potential is there. And, the boys are determined too.”

Bolton started well in the game against Bournemouth and would have taken the lead in the 11th minute, but, Bournemouth’s new loan signing Lee Camp didn’t let that happen as he stopped Baptiste’s crisp hit brilliantly.

Bolton eventually got ahead in the 37th minute. It was Ngog who gave them the lead. The 24 years old French striker made full use of the opportunity created by Neil Danns and put the ball into the post with ease.

The visitors doubled their lead in the last minute of the stoppage time. Jermaine Beckford scored that second goal for them.
Bolton’s next match is against Millwall FC. That match will be played at the Reebok Stadium on 9th of November.
